Setting issuer from client

On Salesforce, the issuer is dynamic and may be set freely from the user. This code works, however is tied to a generic test domain:

And it will fail for any production environment.

I don't see an easy way to set this configuration dynamically. Am I missing something or is it a limitation from this library?
