Qt4 is obsolete for ubuntu 19+

I wanted to build the package from source but the required package qt4 has been dropped Debian and Ubuntu new releases. Without the qt4 cmake gives

  Found unsuitable Qt version "" from NOTFOUND, this code requires Qt 4.x

Any plans to update the dependencies?
