Add proper CI/CD and agent and tool tests

Can you add agent and tool tests into the repo? Additionally, can you set up some tutorial around adding into CI/CD pipeline? So, in order to push to a branch, needs to pass all tool tests and agent tests. Considerations might be how to test an agent, like simple “did it work yes or no” or some deep eval metrics like TaskCompletion or ToolCorrectness
