Customizable user fields names

Hi,

It could be great to be able to set user fields names using ngconnect.ini

These fields are static in the PHP code:

first_name
last_name
email
image
user_account

Maybe this enhancement is conflicting with #7

I wouldn't say it conflicts with #7, it can go together with it without any problems :)
