Feature Request: Change IP status if not detected during network Discovery

It would be nice feature to change status of IP if it is not available on network during network scan.

I would available to track not only new IPs but also track IPs that are not available anymore.
Tracking status of IP would give nice history of IP status and better visibility when last it was detected to be online.

currently it looks like just putting data in but not doing housekeeping for actual status.

@leoparente Not sure I understand how this commit is related? The Commit you posted is related to snmp, but issue I raised is related to network scan.

I would also like to see this feature in orb-agent. Just changing ip address status to "Deprecated" would be enough, at least for me.
