api create sites without tenant and region

Hi,

I implemented a python file to call netbox api and insert some sites, the request that I send like this:

    def create_site(self, name: str, region_id: int) -> bool:
        url: str = self.base_url + "dcim/sites/"

        payload = {
            "name": name,
            "slug": name.lower(),
            "tenant": 1,
            "region": region_id,
            "status": "active",
        }
        pprint(payload)
        response = self.session.post(url, data=payload)

        if response.status_code == 201:
            return True

        return False

The site is created but without information about region and tenand.

how can I solve this?
