Freeze Column headers in table overviews / freeze panes

I already looked if the feature existed (plugins maybe?), but didn't find it available yet.
I hope I am wrong.

It would be a good feature to have when scrolling down in a table overview (say "devices" overview), the column header (or title row if you want) stays sticky to the screen. Just the same affect you can introduce as in MS excel when using "freezing panes".

It's handy still to know what kind of column you're looking at, if you're way down the listing ;-)

I repeat, maybe it's already out there? Didn't came across after looking.
What are you thoughts on this?
