Ability to add/remove column from contact table

When adding a contact to an object, only "Name", "Role" and "Priority" column are visible.
Those columns are fixed.

I would like to know if being able to choose which columns to show could interest other than me.

My use case:
Be able to see the phone number from the object page without going in the contact page.

What it's like right now:

What it could be:
Like the Devices page, with a "Configure Table" button.

Drawback:
Take care of the page width. If we select too many column, it would look bad.
