NetBox Stops Working After Upgrade from 3.1.10 to 3.2.0

After upgrade from 3.1.10 to 3.2.0 NetBox stops working, the following errors is shown:

Please locate the full stack trace in the log. A description of how you upgraded and a list of installed plugins would also be helpful. Incompatible plugins is the most common cause.

Hello,

I just download NetBox, put it in a new folder, change symlinks to point to the new binaries, copy and change the configuration files from the old version, and run the upgrade script. That's all. We do not have any plugins on NetBox.

Did you remember to add django-auth-ldap to your local_requirements.txt?

You can fix it by running pip install -U django-auth-ldap in your venv.
