Extend VLAN Groups to DCIM > devices

I have been doing a lot of layer 3 access deployments in my network over the last year. As such, the same VLANs are being used over and over. I have two switches per rack in some cases which use the same VLANs, but different IP blocks.

I'm not sure how much muscle would be required to add one more level of granularity, but it would be awesome to see.

As usual, I'm prompting for a discussion before fleshing out and submitting an issue.
