Upgrade Failed during database migration

While running the upgrade.sh script I'm running into the following traceback during the database migration portion:

Maybe you don't have Postgresql version 10? https://netbox.readthedocs.io/en/stable/release-notes/version-3.1/

Whoops! That's likely the issue. I'll get that updated and try again. FYI: The server error still only asks for 9.6.

FYI: I followed the steps on this site (https://www.shernet.com/postgresql/upgrading-to-postgresql-10-on-centos-7/) and copied my old postgresql.conf and pg_hba.conf from 9.6 to 10 and I was able to successfully complete the upgrade. Thanks!
