Query about rebuilding typescript/javascript for Netbox 3

I am seeing some errors/warnings when running yarn when following these instructions, and I wondered if these are normal and can be ignored?

(4) Despite those warnings, the bundling step does seem to be successful though:

Also: yarn bundle:scripts doesn't appear to do Typescript type checking. What's the magic command to do that?

OK I found it: yarn typecheck (buried in package.json, it runs tsc --noEmit)
