manage.py Collectstatic error

I installed recently the 2.11 and after a successful installation i had an issue when running the collectstatic

-bash-4.2$ python ./manage.py collectstatic
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "./manage.py", line 8, in
from django.core.management import execute_from_command_line
ImportError: No module named django.core.management

Issue was solved eventually..

By running this within the virtual environment.
source /opt/netbox/venv/bin/activate
