Allow multiple NAT for an IP Address

It will be good if add a feature to add more than one NAT IP for inside or outside NAT.

There are some situation that is needed: for example we use multiple Outside NAT IP for a single VM as a redundancy of ISP links or multiple Inside NAT for different WAF policy in our environment.
