Searching json type custom field.

Custom filed with type json is included in the search target?

• netbox release: NetBox Community v4.2.3
• browser: 87.0.4280.66

1. registering the custom field with type Json, using netbox GUI.
2. send the json like {'custom_fields':{'test_key'} :{ 'state': '{'name':'TEST_A99'}'} }, using http patch.
3. saw the http response 200. And I can see that {'custom_fields':{'test_key'} :{ 'state': '{'name':'TEST_A99'}'} } on Netbox GUI.
4. type the string A99 at Search... box on NetBOX GUI, but not hit nothing.
