Netbox like solution for electrical cabinets

Maybe some of you are working together with building managers, or teams responsible for electrical cabinets/closets, so for those, a question:
Does anyone know of a "Netbox like" alternative for electrical cabinets? Which allows for example the elevation and population of the DIN rails for example.....

A Building manager of a large campus liked how we can document IT cabinets, and wishes for something similar for electrical cabinets

I wonder if this wouldn't be a nice extension to NetBox. As far as I understand it, it would be just another kind of rack layout, wouldn't it? Instead of 19" units, it would have those DIN rails or their international counterparts, but the device logic already implements power inputs (ports) and outputs (outlets). So I think in combination with #18709 it would be possible to render a power panel like racks?

Electrical cabinets are more system cabinets, so you can mount din rails horizontal or vertical, and 1 din rail can contain multiple modules.
So I guess the challenge would be how to model vertical din rails. Wiring is also a lot different.
In all fairness to Netbox .... such module would be nice of course, but I think trying to model electrical cabinets is far out of the scope of Netbox
