Issue after upgrade from v3.7.4 to v4.0.7

Hello,

After upgrade from v3.7.4 to v4.0.7, I have an issue and cannot start anymore netbox.
It seems that for an unknown reason, the django models used since v4.0.0 for users is not present...

When I try to start, I have the following error:

No idea how to fixe it (I have followed the steps to upgrade through a installation from git).
Did someone have already seen this ?

I have forgottent to perform the intermediate upgrade to v3.7.8...
