Installing netbox 3.7.8 on RHEL 8.9

Hi,

I am installing netbox 3.7.8 on a RHEL 8.9 server - I have following all the steps, listed in this article, leading to the running upgrade.sh

$ pip3 --version
pip 20.2.4 from /usr/lib/python3.9/site-packages/pip (python 3.9)

]$ python3 --version
Python 3.9.18

$ sudo /opt/netbox/upgrade.sh

My RHEL 8.9 server is connected to my local Redhat satellite infra - is there anything missing there?
