NetBox AzureAD SAML Authentication -

Hello, I have Netbox configured for SAML authentication using the social auth backend (followed the example in the below reddit thread)

My authentication is successful, however, I'm getting redirected to https://netbox.domain.com/oauth/complete/saml/ and running into a "502 Bad Gateway" error. My local login works as expected. What's interesting is that this setup worked for one login, and one login only. I'm very new to SAML configuration and I'm stumped. What could my issue be?
