Direct Upgrade Failure - 3.5.8 to 3.7.4

Steps to Reproduce

1. After upgrade from 3.5.8
2. Log into NetBox
3. Click on "Devices" from the left hand menu pane to see a list of device.

Expected Behavior

I would expect to see the list of all devices in NetBox via the GUI.

Observed Behavior

I see the following error when perusing the Device list in the GUI. API works.

Found the issue. Seems that a Custom Field using a choice list was the issue. When I removed and re-added the Custom Field the issue went away.
