Creating Default Homepage Widget Layout for Newly Created Users Using Templates

Is there a way to setup a predefined homepage widget layout for all newly created users by utilizing a template? I've checked the default user settings but not sure it will help.

You can check the database, I think it was extras_dashboards table or something like that. Here is an example, set this in configuration.py:
