Upgrade from 3.6.7 to 3.7.1

I have tried this several times but same result each time. It always comes back that the netbox-housekeeping container is unhealthy. I have tried several things I found online to "fix" the issue without success. I have to always restore the server to before the upgrade. Can someone please help me out....
