LDAPS not working

Hello to everyone.
I have deployed netbox in my environment and now I'm struggling to connect it to LDAPS.
I have followed the guide, but as soon as I configure everything and restart the netbox-rq service it won't start anymore and gives me:

Everything is installed as sudo user following the documentation.
The environment is:
Python 3.11.2
postgres (PostgreSQL) 12.15
redis_version:5.0.3
Rocky Linux:8.8

When I check `journalctl -eu netbox-rq` it gives me the output:

I have imported the requests module, but then I get an error:

Please edit your post and put three backticks (```) on a line of their own before and after the log blocks. This will stop them being mangled.

However, I'd say this looks to be nothing to do with LDAPS.

What does /opt/netbox/venv/bin/python --version show? I don't think you're running python 3.11.2 at all, but some ancient version from Rocky.

When you run upgrade.sh, to make it use a non-default version of python that you've installed, you need to give an explicit path to it:

PYTHON=/path/to/correct/python3 ./upgrade.sh

So, redeployed netbox with python 3.11.
Before installing django the command /opt/netbox-3.6.4/venv/bin/python --version gave me the exact version.
Installed django, configured everything, restarted the netbox-rq process and got the same errors as above.
Now /opt/netbox-3.6.4/venv/bin/python --version shows the 3.6.8 version.

Right after running sudo yum install -y openldap-devel python3-devel

Before that it shows version 3.12

Removing the python3-devel from the command did the trick.
Now the netbox-rq service is running.

/opt/netbox/venv/bin/python --version shows Python 3.6.8. Damn... I am sure I have changed all the symlinks to point to python3.11

I will try to run upgrade.sh by pointing it to the right python version.
