Add Custom-Script results into an error

Adding Custom Script using the synchronized GIT-datasource, results into an error with duplicating key value.
I added the same script already in the past. Then trying to add it today once again.

DETAIL:  Key (file_root, file_path)=(scripts, TestScript.py) already exists.
