jinja2 templates and global vlans

When creating a vlan without a site, it should mean that it is global and hence available on all sites.

However when using templates {{ device.site.vlans.all() }} only results in vlans just belonging to that particular site and is missing the global ones.

Is this intended? Is there another way to get hold of a list of global vlans in a jinja2 template?
