Can't select correct U because of too short PAGINATE_COUNT?

I dont know what the default values are for PAGINATE_COUNT.
I attempted to create a new device and rack it in an existing rack.
But I could not select all U's in a 42U rack in the GUI. It would only show 42.5U to 18U.
When searching for 1U, nothing came up. Is the search string too short?

I set the PAGINATE_COUNT = 100 to resolve this particular issue.
