Netbox unreachable

I recently upgraded my centos 7 box to almalinux 8. It was upgraded successfully with no issues and after that netbox service was starting without any issues. However, on the browser I keep getting "The connection was reset". I tried disabling firewall, and putting selinux to permissive mode to no success. Any clues?
