Add IP Address - show device field?

In older versions of Netbox, the "Add IP Address" form allowed me to select the device prior to selecting the interface.

In modern versions, I need to open the selector window to setup those filters.

Is there any way to configure the system to enable the previous look/feel? It was just easier for our common use cases.
