Custom field filtered

Hi
I have created a boolean custom field (IS_COMPANY) for contacts.
I would like to create another custom field that takes all the contacts that we have IS_COMPANY = true to assign this value to a new contact.
what I would like to achieve is to tie the contacts to your company (which I would like to be a contact)
