JSONField - customized to use a JSON schema and editor widget

I have a custom JSON field and I'd like to use one of the JSON schema editor/validator tools (like https://django-jsonform.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html) to edit the value that will be stored in the field using a generated form based on the schema. Has anyone tried this? Does anyone have any tips on how I could accomplish this?
