Power utilization changed from 3.1 to 3.2/3.3

I just noticed that the power utilization indicators seem to have changed somewhere between 3.1.5 and 3.3.7.

With 3.1.5 (old screenshot):

With 3.3.7:

(there have been changes in the consumers meanwhile, so the Allocated values don't match, that's fine)

These screenshots are from the power rail device that has three Power Ports connected to three Power Feeds, and Power Outlets connected to devices consuming power.

When checking the Power Feed (one of those three) the Utilization looks fine:

I didn't find an issue (or an intentional change in release notes) on this yet. I'll investigate this more later and open an issue, but if someone else is quicker, feel free to open an issue or report your findings.

Note, this was fixed in NetBox 3.3.9 even though it was not mentioned in the release notes.
