Help Modeling Type 2 Circuits

Before I go write a plugin, I wanted to make sure there wasn't a current method to implement what we need.

In our ISP, we have hundreds of circuits we provide other ISPs and customers. Sometimes, we need to purchase a circuit from another provider to provide our customer a circuit. Generally, these are referred to as Type 2 circuits. What I would like to be able to manage is a single Circuit between A to Z where Z is a location that is reached by another Circuit from a different provider.

I would like to be able to search for either our circuit ID and see the A-Z locations and the intermediate circuit ids as well as be able to search for the type 2 provider's circuit id and get our circuit id along with A-Z locations
