Just a heads up that for some reason. No matter the format. Downloading and installing the plugin is working. However. It can't migrate because it can't be found. I am unsure what caused it to break but just a heads up from a user on 4.3.0

I do have the same problem getting error :
django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: Unable to import plugin netbox_topology_view: Module not found. Check that the plugin module has been installed within the correct Python environment.

You're missing an s - netbox_topology_views
