How to build netbox-docker with own GitLub?

Hi, I'd like to experiment with netbox on docker in my GitLab and have some questions:

1. How can I change the docker build source from official GitHub to my GitLab which has mostly identical files for now?
2. When I tried to run the build.sh file on windows via git bash, I got the error that docker-entrypoint.sh does not exist/can be exec in docker. Do I have to do everything on ubuntu?
3. In my GitLub, I downloaded the versions without the env and configuration folders and added them from the correct netbox-docker, basically everything worked, but when I wanted to make some changes, nothing happened. What do I have to do to have any feedback?

I've never worked much with docker before, so I'm counting on your understanding
