I cannot access the web GUI from remote device (only machine it is hosted on)

So, after following the suggested setup netbox-docker, I am able to get the Netbox web interface via 0.0.0.0:8000 but if I try to access it from another machine via it's its IP address (x.x.x.x:8000), I keep getting ERR_CONN_RESET.

I turned off ufw and have set the proper policies in the firewall to allow any type of traffic to it and have confirmed this by both pinging the host machine and sshing into it.

When I built my test netbox environment on my personal machine, I did not have this issue and I followed an identical setup.

Is there something else I am missing? Anyone else have this issue and resolved it? Please let me know
