pg_restore: error: unsupported version (1.15) in file header

Hi when i want to restore my database i get this

pg_restore: error: unsupported version (1.15) in file header

I connect with diffrent database and drop current netbox database with these steps

psql -U netbox -d postgres -h x.x.x.x -p 5432 -W

SELECT pg_terminate_backend(pg_stat_activity.pid)
FROM pg_stat_activity
WHERE pg_stat_activity.datname = 'netbox' AND pid <> pg_backend_pid();

DROP DATABASE IF EXISTS netbox;

CREATE DATABASE netbox;

\q

and then i tried to do this

gunzip -c netbox.2024-05-07.sql.gz | pg_restore -U netbox -d netbox -h x.x.x.x -p 5432 -W

or

pg_restore -U netbox -d netbox -h x.x.x.x -p 5432 -c -F c /netbox.2024-05-07.sq

My source container information is:

psql -U netbox -d netbox -h x.x.x.x -p 5432 -W -c "SELECT version();"
Password:
                                                     version
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 PostgreSQL 15.5 on x86_64-pc-linux-musl, compiled by gcc (Alpine 12.2.1_git20220924-r10) 12.2.1 20220924, 64-bit

and here is destionation machine!

psql -U netbox -d netbox -h x.x.x.x -p 5432 -W -c "SELECT version();"

Is there anyone for helping to restore db into postgres database?
