Questions about how to upgrade Netbox from v2.6.7 to the latest version for docker version

Hi Team,

Could anyone help me understand how to upgrade Netbox from v2.6.7 to the latest version using docker?
Currently, we are using docker version of netbox: netboxcommunity/netbox:v2.6.7-ldap in prod environment.
The Postgres version is postgres:11.5-alpine and Redis version is redis:4-alpine.
I know it is a very old version and we've been using this version for a very long time. We have lots of data in Postgres DB.

I can see that the latest version for Netbox is v3.6.
The Postgres version is postgres:15-alpine and Redis version is redis:7-alpine.

What is the best way to migrate the data to the latest version?
Is there any upgrade path I can follow?
