Awx and netbox inventory but with "Source variables"

Hi,

I'm trying to integrated netbox in AWX.

Guide I followed https://netbox-ansible-collection.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting_started/how-to-use/inventory.html#using-inventory-plugin-within-awx-tower

And this works since the inventory settings are included in the inventory.yml

But I would like to have the settings in the "Source variables" filed in the inventory source.

Is there a way to do this?
Not sure if this is a netbox collection issue or an awx question.
