PHOENIX 🐦🔥 wins best poster award 🥇 at RECOMB-CCB 2023

PHOENIX (link to pre-print) was awarded the best poster prize at the Computational Cancer Biology (CCB) satellite of RECOMB 2023 held in Istanbul in April! The award the bestowed in recognition of both a poster and a corresponding talk. You can check out the poster, as well as the slides and video of the talk to learn more about the tool.

PHOENIX estimates genome-wide dynamical systems from snapshot gene expression data over time, while respecting user-defined constraints on the system. It will be available as a netZooPy tool very soon, but you can already start using the GitHub repo. Feedback and feature requests are encouraged!
