Option to add from drawer and remove from home grid

### Description  
- App drawer (swipe up) shows all installed apps.  
- User can **add apps** from drawer to home grid.  
- Apps on home grid should have an option to **remove**.  

### Expected Behavior  
- Adding/removing updates the home grid instantly.  
- Drawer always lists all installed apps.
