Cell orientations generation from the ODF not working anymore

Hi,

I recently updated my Neper version to 4.9.1-6 and have had troubles with the cell orientation generation from an ODF stating that the number of data and elements need to match. This did not happen in previous versions, so I tried the example from the wiki and it also does not work. Any ideas to get around this issue?

Code shown below:

As the message says, there are probably less data in cfr_l4_m23_trans4aug6_ODF.txt than elements in cfr_l4_m23_trans4aug6.msh.
