How can i make this shape shown in image containing "n" number of grains?

Apply the geometry and use -planecut or -hspace under -transform , accordingly for the same. Refer to #862 , I have mentioned the commands there.
Though I am not sure about the number of grains as I got 43 grains.

i tried but i am getting bug, how to resolve.

Try changing the val criteria maybe, I myself was not able to generate a 2d shape for this.
Generally such issues are related to the geometrical dimensions given, check them thoroughly, there might be some error.
