EULER ANGELS NOT MATCHING WHEN GENERATING A RASTER TESSELATION FILE

I used following command to generate rater tessellation file:
neper -T -n 5 -dim 2 -domain "square(4.495,1.695)" -morphooptiini "coo:file(coordinates.txt)" -ori "file(orientations.txt)" -oriformat plain -oridescriptor e -o 2d_square -format tesr

where orientations.txt is:

and coordinates.txt is:

As it can be clearly seen that the euler angles in Bunge notation don't match. What can be done?
