Image not generated when using pole figure

The image file is generated for cases like "neper -V n1000-id1.tess -print img1", but when using " neper -V n100.tess -space pf -print img3", the image is not generated and following message came:

After installing pov-ray and asymptote, now following error is coming:

Did you make the changes to /etc/ImageMagick-6/policy.xml, as per the tutorial above?
