3D meshing... Error : - Failed to read msh file

These two commands ran perfectly "neper -T -n 100 -id 1
$ neper -V n100-id1.tess -datacellcol id -print Image_1", but when I am moving to the next command:
neper -M n100-id1.tess -meshqualmin 1, the following error came:

How to resolve ?

the problem got resolved when i used gmsh-4.6.0, but why it is not working with the latest version ?

Thanks for the bug report. Fixed in version 4.8.1-1.
