Tessellations for external geometry

Hi,
Is it possible to import a file for 2D geometry (a stl file or any geometric file) and create tessellations in that using Neper?

Unfortunately, no. You have to specify the geometry using the -domain option (and it does not allow to load a custom 2D geometry).
