generate a grain with four parts, each part with added parallel blocks

Dear teacher, I would like to use Neper for modeling. I want to divide each grain into four parts and add parallel blocks to each part, as shown in the following image. Could you help me. If it's not feasible, do you have any other methods to construct a similar model? Thanks
