Crop issue with combined tess, Neper v4.5.0

Hello,
I have an issue with the crop-function using combined tess-file.
I started with the equiaxed tessellation which I modified combining it with the columnar shapes in the same domain. What I am not able to manage, is to crop this combined domain. I would like to "pick out" the cohesive zone from it.
I have tested the crop-function for equiaxed and columnar RVEs which works fine. But it does not work for combined model. How can I solve this issue?
