Testing fails for V/ M/ on an install with Ubuntu on Intel Mac

Hi. After failing to find a method (yet) of getting libomps to be appropriately pointed to during compile, I decided to try running Ubuntu on an old mac. That seems to go pretty well actually.

During the tests, I get a few "fails" during testing. some from V/ and some from M/ (but not all V/ or M/ fail!) I have tried a number of things, including installing all libraries from scratch using apt or git+compile. Hoping someone has some ideas why I am getting the failures.

Do you have Gmsh and Povray (and Asymptote) installed?

Yes, both installed.Does not (so far) seem to prevent me from using the software.  BTW- appreciate the software.  Super useful for the work I am doing!Brian Wood
