Please provide Neper's output (as any other text input or output) as text, not image.

For a 3D tessellation, the cohesive mesh is the mesh of the 2D grain boundaries (zero-thickness elements), and so you need a 3D mesh:

neper -T -n 79 -morpho "diameq:custom(minaxis),1-sphericity:lognormal(0.145,0.03)" -reg 1
neper -M mytess.tess -dim 3 -rcl 0.6 -interface cohesive -nset none -faset none -format inp,msh
